Volunteer Info

Volunteers work concessions during stadium events and may be assigned to:

• Prepare food (nachos, tacos, popcorn, ice cream, etc.)

• Operate a register (card only)

• Stock and restock inventory

• ID customers and serve alcohol once age verified

• & more as instructed
  
  

Game Day Expectations:

• Arrive 3–5 hours before gates open

• Total shift time: 8–9 hours, You’ll be on your feet most of the day

• One 30-minute break (assigned by shift lead) and one meal voucher provided (hamburger, hotdog, or nachos)

💡 Pro Tip: Volunteering is more fun with friends and family! Invite a spouse, sibling, friend, neighbor, or coworker to join in and help raise even more money.

To participate, all volunteers must:

1. Be 18 years or older

2. Sign the required Exhibit C

3. Complete NFL Accreditation (facial recognition required for NFL games)

4. Review the NPO Volunteer Guide before your event — it includes maps, parking info, and game day procedures.

In the 2024–2025 season, our volunteer teams raised nearly $50,000!

Volunteers earn a flat $200 per shift
→ Example: Bring 3 volunteers = $600 to your athlete or organization!

Required attire:

• Black pants (or knee-length black shorts if allowed)

• Black T-shirt

• Black closed-toe, non-slip shoes

• Black socks

Hairnets and beard covers are provided and required when handling food.
You'll receive a Buccaneers polo and visor upon arrival to wear during the shift.

BAG POLICY::  Volunteers must limit the amount of personal items brought to the stadium  Any items being brought to the stadium must fit into a 4 ½ X 6 ½ clutch.  Backpacks and purses are not permitted in the stadium. Volunteers will be asked to return them to their cars before entering.  All bags must be clear. 

**IF YOU ARE LATE OR NOT IN THE CORRECT UNIFORM, YOU MAY BE SENT HOME & CONSIDERED A NO-SHOW** 

Optional: Purchase a guaranteed-size polo for $25. Bring shorts in a clear bag if your stand allows them.

Signing up = confirmed commitment.
Failure to attend affects your group’s payout and reputation.

If you can’t make it:

1. Find a replacement who is registered with McDivot’s
   ✅ No fine if the volunteer attends

2. Can’t find someone? Contact Rita at 727-543-0915 ASAP

   • If McDivot’s finds a replacement: $100 fee

   • If no replacement is found: $250 fee

Note: If unpaid, these fees may be deducted from future earnings or prevent future volunteering.

💡 Replacement volunteers can choose where to direct their earnings, it does not necessarily go to the original volunteer's organization.
